Event #8 Details<\/strong><\/p>\n This tournament was a 6-handed NLH Championship event<\/strong> with a large $5,000 buy-in. Once all entries were recorded, the total prize pool up for grabs came in at $2,042,500. Several top players were in the mix, so it would be a tough competition.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The final table would have six players, all hoping to claim the gold bracelet win. The first to go was Benjamin Miner followed by Ioannis Konstas. After that, Yakov Nestervov and Christopher Puetz were gone, leaving Aerts and online player \u201cWouldIlieToYou\u201d<\/strong> going into the heads-up round.<\/p>\n In the end, Aerts would knock out his competitor<\/a> to earn the win and become the third player from Belgium to earn a WSOP gold bracelet.
