2023 NFL Mock Draft November 3

The college football season is about to start, but it isn’t too early to look ahead. Here is the 2023 NFL Mock Draft November 3.

1. Detriot Lions- C.J. Stroud, QB, Ohio State

The big problem for the Lions is on defense, but they can’t pass up the chance at getting a franchise signal-caller. Stroud has nice touch and accuracy, which he has shown throughout the last two seasons.

2. Houston Texans- Bryce Young, QB, Alabama

Davis Mills hasn’t played terribly, but the Texans will likely look for a new quarterback if they are selecting this highly. Young has been clutch throughout his career at Alabama and is very accurate.

3. Carolina Panthers- Will Anderson, EDGE, Alabama

While the Panthers will want to get a franchise quarterback, the top two are off the board. Anderson is the best player on the board and can make their pass rush one of the best in the NFL.

4. Pittsburgh Steelers- Kelee Ringo, CB, Georgia

Pittsburgh really needs some help at the cornerback position. They just acquired William Jackson, but it may not be enough. Ringo has been a shutdown corner for Georgia and doesn’t get thrown at often.

5. Jacksonville Jaguars- Jalen Carter, DL, Georgia

Carter is one of the most disruptive defensive linemen over the last few years in the draft. Jacksonville has good young edge rushers, but can get better on the interior here.

6. Las Vegas Raiders- Paris Johnson Jr., OT, Ohio State

Getting Chandler Jones and Davante Adams this offseason has given the roster more talent, but they need to focus on the trenches this offseason. Kolton Miller is playing well at left tackle, but the Raiders need someone to play the right. Johnson has played both guard and tackle in college and could be a good right tackle.

7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers- Hendon Hooker, QB, Tennessee

Tom Brady continues to play, but he is likely going to retire soon. The Bucs need to prepare for that. Hooker protects the football, but still takes shots downfield and is having an incredible season for the Volunteers.

8. Philadelphia Eagles (via NO)- Quentin Johnston, WR, TCU

The Eagles have the luxury of taking whoever they think is the best player available because they have a really solid roster. They may take a wide receiver to go with A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith to add to their many offensive weapons.

9. Houston Texans (via CLE)- Myles Murphy, EDGE, Clemson

Houston needs talent all over the roster and after getting a quarterback can take the best player available. Murphy has 5.5 sacks already on the season.

10. Seattle Seahawks (via DEN)- Bryan Bresee, DL, Clemson

Seattle has played better than anyone expected. They can continue to add to their defense by improving their defensive line. Bresee has missed some time this season, but looks like he will create an impact down the stretch.

11. Arizona Cardinals- Joey Porter Jr., CB, Penn State

The Cardinals need corners to step up outside of Byron Murphy. Porter Jr. is very physical and aggressive, which could help him make an impact early.

12. Chicago Bears- Peter Skoronski, OT, Northwestern

Chicago acquired a wide receiver for Justin Fields, but they still need to improve the offensive line. Skoronski is a local product who has plenty of experience at left tackle after being recruited as a center.

13. Green Bay Packers- Kayshon Boutte, WR, LSU

Although they addressed the wide receiver position in the second round last season, the Packers lack a star at the position. Boutte has had too many drops this year, but has all the tools to be a number-one receiver in the NFL.

14. Detroit Lions (via LAR)- Trenton Simpson, LB, Clemson

The Lions have the worst defense in the league and need to address that in the draft. Simpson has played well this season, specifically in stopping the run.

15. Indianapolis Colts- Will Levis, QB, Kentucky

Indianapolis has turned over the offense to Sam Ehlinger. They need a quarterback of the future. Levis has nice physical tools, but turns the ball over too much to be drafted higher.

16. Cincinnati Bengals- Michael Mayer, TE, Notre Dame

Hayden Hurst was signed to a one-year deal, so the Bengals may want to get a new tight end in this draft. Mayer has been a great receiver at Notre Dame who is targeted frequently.

17. New England Patriots- Jaxon Smith-Njigba, WR, Ohio State

The Patriots have to invest in the wide receiver position at some point. Smith-Njigba is great in the slot, but has been injured for most of the 2022 season.

18. Washington Commanders- Cam Smith, CB, South Carolina

The Commanders traded away William Jackson and need to get help at the corner position.

19. Atlanta Falcons- Bijan Robinson, RB, Texas

Robinson is a great running back who can do a little bit of everything. Atlanta wants to run the ball, so they could go after a running back in this draft.

20. Denver Broncos (via SF)- Nolan Smith, EDGE, Georgia

The Broncos just traded away Bradley Chubb and need more pass rushers for next season.

21. Los Angeles Chargers- Gervon Dexter, DL, Florida

Stopping the run has been a problem for the Chargers over the last few years. Dexter would help fill a void in the middle of the defensive line.

22. Seattle Seahawks- Isaiah Foskey, EDGE, Notre Dame

After spending plenty of picks on the offensive line last season, the Seahawks can do the same for the defensive line in this draft.

23. New York Jets- Broderick Jones, OT, Georgia

The Jets have had injuries along the offensive line and the interior is weak. They may need to shuffle things around, but Jones would be a good value here.

24. Miami Dolphins- Forfeited

25. Baltimore Ravens- Felix Anudike-Uzomah, EDGE, Kansas State

Baltimore has had injuries to their edge rushers. They can make sure they have a better pass rush by adding another one in the draft.

26. Kansas City Chiefs- Tyree Wilson, EDGE, Texas Tech

They looked at adding a pass rusher at the deadline, but were unable to get a deal done, so they can add one in the draft.

27. Dallas Cowboys- Antonio Johnson, S, Texas A&M

Dallas has a few versatile players on defense and Johnson is that way too, as he lines up all over the secondary.

28. New York Giants- Noah Sewell, LB, Oregon

The Giants need to invest more in the linebacker position and Sewell will be able to help them stop the run.

29. Tennessee Titans- Jordan Addison, WR, USC

Tennessee needs to get more weapons for whoever plays quarterback next season.

30. Minnesota Vikings- Clark Phillips, CB, Utah

Patrick Peterson is playing well, but aging. If the Vikings want to sustain their success they need to get some more options for when Peterson declines.

31. Buffalo Bills- Jahmyr Gibbs, RB, Alabama

Trading for Nyheim Hines at the deadline was nice, but getting an every-down back would really help the offense.

32. Philadelphia Eagles- B.J. Ojulari, EDGE, LSU

The Eagles have some older defensive linemen and may want to get younger at the position.
