During certain portions of the game, you get rewards. This An Award Is Available – Where To Claim Rewards In Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes guide explains how the reward system works as when you finally arrive at your House, you’ll see a prompt on screen saying “An award is available”.
At various points in the game, after completing missions and side quests, you return to base camp. When you return to base camp there is sometimes an award waiting a the Awards Master. You simply need to speak with the Awards Master to claim the Award and move on.

You can see the location of the Awards Master in the image at the top of this post. There is a central area within basecamp where you find the Strategist and Awards Master. The layout for the schools is likely different but it’s particularly difficult to find the Award Master in the Blue Lion base camp because the first objective marker you see is covering the location of the Award Master on the map.
If you are playing in one of the different houses, simply check your map. It’s likely that the Award Master is still located directly next to the Strategist in all of the Base Camps for the different houses.
