The Ramp Up challenge is probably one of the most tricky game modes in Clash Royale, and it really requires a well-thought deck for having a good winning streak.

In the Ramp Up challenge, the Elixir production rate will gradually go from 1x to 5x, which means the more time passes, the more you have the opportunity to use highly Elixir-consuming cards such as Golem, PEKKA, or any variation of a Giant.

So, later in the game, it would be important to have the ability to avoid the enemy from effectively using their big boys on the battlefield. As a result, you need to have cards that stop the enemy even for a little bit of time. You can do it with a Freeze card, an Electro Wizard, or even an Electro Dragon.

However, you can also invest in speeding up your attack rather than slowing down the enemy, which means you can use the Rage potion. Rage is much more cost-efficient than Freeze or Electro Wizard, and regarding how fast the game becomes in the later rounds of Ramp Up, Rage can easily turn you into a killing machine.
