Best Pals for Each Work

There are 12 types of work in Palworld and each pal has their own set of work suitability. This means that not every pal can do every work. Moreover, some Pals can do it better and faster than other Pals, depending on the level of their suitability. We have compiled a breakdown of the different work in Palworld, along with the Pals suited for each role,  

Cooling

Cooling is the activity of cooling refrigerators and any similar refrigeration devices. Pals with the element of Ice are suitable for this work.

Farming

Farming Pals have to be assigned to a ranch and they will be able to drop specific items.

Generating Electricity

Pals with the Electric element can generate electricity, to power up generators.

Handiwork

Handiwork Pals can do activities such as crafting or building. If you put them in a factory, they are able to mass-produce different items.

Level 3 – Lunaris, Verdash, Wixen

Kindling

Pals of the Fire elemental can do the work of Kindling, which is to heat up cooking pots and industrial ovens and/or lighting up campfires.
