[BSL15] Season Finals: RO16 Group Stage

1. Dandy is being banned from BSL15 and all the events of BSL in 2022.
Reasons:
– Spoiling the results of BSL15 LatAm Group Stages on his stream, before the games were officially broadcasted – Rule 7;
– Encouraging and pressuring other players to spoil their scores publicly on his stream – Rule 12;

Rule nr 7. of BSL Rulebook: “It is not allowed to livestream your games or announce the result before they have been officially casted.”
Rule nr 12. of BSL Rulebook: “Any menace, insults, toxicity, bad manner, racism, homofobic, sexism and any kind of behavior which will be treated as offensive as well as unsportsmanlike conduct will be punished in BSL. If no mitigating circumstances are found, the penalty is the BAN from the BSL season.

After discussing those issues with Dandy we didn’t come to an agreement, that’s why he will be banned from all BSL events in 2022.
Jiren agreed to make public apologize and get last warning. We had our ups and downs with CruZa, but it’s impressive that he did not spoil his results, while Dandy was pressuring him to do it publicly on stream.

Every game of BSL ProLeague should be played live and is scheduled this way. That’s one of the reasons why I schedule it for the weekends. I understand that sometimes players can’t play on a scheduled date and I always was flexible in terms of switching the groups order or pre-playing the matches if needed – however now it turned out against me. Within such a small community it’s very important that we all treat each other with respect and follow the rules. There will always be individuals who give nothing and only want to take. It’s impossible for BSL or any other tour to grow if we will constantly have to deal with individual players trying to abuse the system to gain some additional fame and attention.

I wouldn’t know about it if not for the Spanish viewers who approached me to tell me that Dandy spoiled the results of every group from BSL15 LatAm and they didn’t have hype while watching. Thank you guys for it and feel free to contact me with these matters in future!
