Dokkan Battle Porunga – dragon balls and wishes

Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle is a mobile title that’s a hybrid of various genres, including puzzle, card-collection, and RPG. As the name indicates, the game is set in the popular DBZ universe, and it features many familiar faces, including Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Gohan, Piccolo, Cell, Frieza, and more. Unsurprisingly, Dokkan Battle has fights, power-ups, and traps – though its mechanics are similar to that of a match-three puzzler.

Of course, there’s one vital component to anything that’s Dragon Ball related, and that’s the dragon balls themselves. Collect all seven of them, and you can ask for a wish. How do I collect Dokkan Battle Porunga dragon balls?

Every so often, the developers create a new event for the game, during which there are at least two new sets of Dragon Balls to collect. Successfully doing so allows you to summon Porunga.

Naturally, the steps you take to collect each ball differs from one campaign to the next – not to worry though, we’ll keep you up to date with the latest Dokkan Battle Porunga event.

What is the latest Dokkan Battle Porunga event?

Currently, the Thank You Celebration 2021 campaign is taking place in Dokkan Battle, and it features two sets of dragon balls.

Set one

The set of dragon balls are all available now:

Ball How to get the Dokkan Battle dragon balls
1 You need to recruit a character by using gift card four
2 On any difficulty, you must clear stage three of the story event
3 You need to equip a skill orb
4 Dokkan awaken any character
5 You need to consume a minimum of 77 STA-restoring items
6 You must clear any stage with a team comprised of the same type
7 Clear any stage using the supporting item Dende

Set two

All of the set two dragon balls are available now:

Ball How to get the Dokkan Battle dragon balls
1 Hit the special banner on your home screen
2 In the top right-hand corner of your summon screen, hit the scouter button
3 Clear stage and collect a minimum of seven TEQ Ki spheres
4 Put a team together that features five different types of allies and clear a stage
5 Use trade points to make a purchase at Baba’s shop
6 Successfully complete any stage in less than one minute
7 Use a support memory

Dokkan Battle Porunga wishes

After you successfully collect seven dragon balls, you can call upon Dokkan Battle’s Porunga, who grants you three wishes.

Currently, the following wishes are available to you:

  • I want gift cards! – receive two gift cards
  • I want to perform summons in the Dokkan Festival! – receive three summon tickets
  • I want to power up super attacks! – three physical Big Name in the Otherworld Grand Kai cards
  • I want to activate hidden potential! – receive a wide variety of small, medium, and large potential orbs, and get 10 incredible hourglass awakening medals
  • I want a full belly! – Get a range of STA-restoring items
  • I want to attempt lots of events! – get a large number keys to the past
  • I want treasures and support items! – get 777 incredible gems, and a range of support items
  • I want to strengthen allies! – get a large number of awakening medals, training items, Hercule statues, and training locations
