ESL Open #215: Dark, Clem, herO win

The ESL Open Cups returned to ‘normal’ play after several weeks of disruption due to IEM Katowice, and gave us a familiar power trio of Dark, Clem, and herO as the winners.

The week began with Dark winning the Korean server cup, beating NightMare, herO, and ByuN along the way.

Next, the European cup went to Clem, who spoiled a rare appearance from main-race Reynor by defeating him 3-1 in the finals. The bracket also featured a notable upset in the RO8, as GungFuBanDa took out MaxPax 2-1 (Reynor subsequently beat GFBD 2-0).

Finally, a highly competitive American server cup was taken by herO, who went through a gauntlet of GuMiho, Cure, and MaxPax in the last three rounds.

In non-ESL competition, KSL #44 was won by Dark, who defeated DRG 3-2 in the finals.
