Fall Guys drops onto Switch soon – we’ve bean expecting you

We’ve waited patiently, and it looks like we finally have some news on the Fall Guys release date for Nintendo Switch. Cast your mind back to Summer 2020. The world was in turmoil, we were eating out to help out, there wasn’t a Marvel movie to be seen anywhere and games were delayed left, right, and centre.

Released as part of PS+ in August of 2020, Fall Guys is a bizarre and ludicrous online multiplayer game where you take part in some physics-based game show style games, and playing it with friends was one of the funniest things we could do all year. News has been thin on the ground ever since about developer Mediatonic bringing it to other platforms, but finally we have the Fall Guys Switch release date.

Mediatonia announced the release date earlier today during the ‘Big Announcement’ presentation. Fall Guys is heading to Nintendo Switch, Xbox Consoles, PS5, and the Epic Game Store on June 21, finally ending our nearly two year wait to unleash the beans on our favourite handheld system. Fall Guys now costs absolutely nothing to download and runs at 30 fps/720p in handheld, and 30 fps/ 1080p in docked mode. Both the Joy-Cons and the Pro Controller are supported. Register your interest now to be in with a chance of unlocking some new items upon release.
