Fate/Samurai Remnant Has Shipped 300,000 Units Worldwide

Publisher KOEI TECMO, developer Omega Force, and collaborators TYPE-MOON and Aniplex Inc. have announced that Fate/Samurai Remnant has shipped over 300,000 units worldwide a week after launch.

Story-wise, Fate/Samurai Remnant continues the Holy Grail War in the fourth year of the Keian Era, Edo Period Japan. There are seven pairs of Masters and heroic spirits/Servants in all, all battling as part of the Waxing Moon Ritual. Those that emerge victorious can get themselves an ancient artifact that grants wishes.

Following the story of young Asakusa man Miyamoto Iori, players will find themselves caught up in this bloodshed alongside his Servant Saber. These two will fight together to be the last pair remaining.
