Fortnite OG Season

Fortnite OG Season

As promised, Season OG of Fortnite has finally come. It takes players back in time to the original Chapter 1 map, taking the place of Season 5. This comes with a fast Fortnite OG Pass to speed up the action, since this season is only going to last one month.

There is a lot to do during that time, though, because every week a new hotfix comes out that moves the flashback to a new season from Chapter 1. Each one adds new weapons, vehicles, and locations to the game. Here are the most important changes for Season OG of Fortnite if you want to see what’s new.

For Fortnite Season OG, Original Map is Back!

During this shorter season, the OG Pass takes the place of the normal Battle Pass. It still costs 950 V-Bucks, but Epic has stated that it will be much easier to get through with 1,000 V-Bucks to collect over 50 levels. As expected, there will be a lot of other cosmetic items to unlock, such as Back Blings, Pickaxes, Styles, and Outfits like Spectra Knight, Lil Split, Renegade Lynx, and Omegarok, which are all mixes of two different skins.

Hidden Collectibles for XP boosts

Keep an eye out for the ten secret Fortnite Gnomes that have appeared around the island if you want to speed through the OG Pass. Each one you find will give you a 20,000 XP bonus. Our guide there tells you all of the places, so it’s easy to get them all.

The returning Chapter 1 map comes with a bunch of old-school cars that can help you get around. The Shopping Cart and All Terrain Kart are the first games to come back. Over the next few weeks, other classics like the Quadcrasher, Driftboard, X-4 Stormwing, Jetpack, and The Baller will also be back.

Keep an Eye on the Fortnite OG Shop

This season, the original Item Shop will be replaced by the Fortnite OG Shop. This shop will have a carefully chosen selection of items, including classics, mashups, and new takes on old favorites. For a long time, the Red Knight outfit will be back. New additions, such as the Raven Team Leader outfit, will also join the roster.

People who play Fortnite love special items, and the in-game shop, which is now called the OG Shop, will be full of them this season. The daily shop changes are said to have a lot of rare cosmetics for players who like those kinds of things. They include mash-ups of skins from different eras of Fortnite (like the OG Pass skins) and some brand-new ideas.

Recent leaks also tell us that Eleven and Steve Harrington from Stranger Things are getting their own Fortnite skins. This could mean that the Sheriff Hopper and Demogorgon skins are coming back after a long absence. They are still some of the strangest skins in the history of the game.

Fortnite Season OG Ranked

Some changes are being made to ranked lobby mode this season so that it can last longer for people who like to sweat it out. You’ll now move up in rank faster, which means your path to Unreal rank is now set for the month.

Also, players who finish Ranked Urgent Quests can get brand-new Ranked cosmetic rewards. For example, the Ranker’s Tags back bling is a reward for finishing just one of these quests. As players level up, they can get more things.

Final Thoughts

Season 5 of Fortnite OG is a nostalgic trip back to Season 1. Season 5 brought back classic features like Tilted Towers. Added fast-paced gaming with map changes all the time until the end of November. The season tried to bring back the 2018 Fortnite experience by using the Chapter 1 map, guns, and items. Some players expressed concerns about the rapid pace of content releases. Since some updates took two weeks to come out.

For the most part, Fortnite OG Season 5 did a good job of bringing back memories of the game’s past while also making the gameplay faster.
