Fortnite Update v25.20: All New and Unvaulted Weapons

Fortnite update v25.20 added four weapons to Epic Games’ Battle Royale, and one of them is a Raygun straight from Futurama.

The big draw of the latest Fortnite update is the game’s collaboration with Futurama. In celebration of Futurama Season 11, Epic Games has added Bender, Fry, and Leela skins to the game, as well as matching cosmetics. The crossover marks the first major mainstream collaboration in Fortnite WILDS since Optimus Prime joined the Battle Pass.

Fortnite x Futurama is also impacting the weapon pool in Fortnite. A special gun inspired by the show is now in the game, along with two unvaulted weapons the community might be happy to see return.

Bender’s Shiny Metal Raygun

The most intriguing new weapon in Fortnite update v25.20 is Bender’s Shiny Metal Raygun. The gun has an infinite supply of plasma that can be fired without reloading. The gun will overheat if you fire too much at once, though, so be prepared to wait for its cool down.

Mammoth Pistol

The Mammoth Pistol is the newest variation of the Lever Pistol featured in the Fortnite WILDS key art. The weapon is a large-caliber, single-shot pistol that can be found as ground loot and in chests. The new pistol uses heavy ammo which will guarantee high damage if you hit your shots.

Lever Action Shotgun

The Lever Action Shotgun is back in update v25.20. The unvaulted shotgun is a nice in-between option if you want a gun that shoots faster than the Havoc Pump Shotgun but deals more damage in one shot than the fast-firing Drum Shotgun. To balance out the weapon pool, the Maven Auto Shotgun can now only be obtained from NPCs.

Kinetic Boomerang

The Kinetic Boomerang has also been unvaulted by Epic Games. Although the weapon is not a popular choice among players, it is a solid tool to deal some quick damage, especially in Zero Build or off-spawn.
