Tome of the Eternal Flow is Neuvillette’s best 5-star weapon option, and overall his best-in-slot. This weapon increases his Crit DMG by 88% and his ATK by 541. Additionally, this weapon has a passive that increases the wearer’s HP by 16% and the wearer’s charged attack DMG by 14% whenever the wearer gains or loses HP, which can stack up to 3 times.
