Arataki Itto is arriving as part of the 2.3 update, though his precise release date remains a mystery. The Genshin Impact 2.3 update itself lands on November 24.

Who is Genshin Impact Itto’s voice actor?
As part of the Genshin Impact 2.3 livestream, Mihoyo confirmed the English voice actor to be Max Mittelman, while the Japanese actor is Nishikawa Takanori.
What can we expect from Genshin Impact Itto’s banner?
In the Genshin Impact 2.3 livestream, we found out that Itto will be released in the later phase of version 2.3, as part of the Oni’s Royale banner.
