This is your first Rune and it cannot be missed. You get it as you progress in the story and learn how to fight.

You can find this one as you enter into Alfheim for the first time. You will have to drop down a cliff and go to the gold chest. You can find it here on the map or check out the video.

I don’t remember where I got these but I believe it was in the Mines while you are looking for Tyr. If someone has it and remembers where they found it please leave a comment. I am only a few hours in so it can’t be that deep into the game.
