Guide: New PS5 Games Release Dates in 2022

Saints Row. Going to fully embrace the hipster non serious vibe (instead of creating a realistic boss) and enjoy the sandbox destruction as much as I can 😁

God of War Ragnarok. Hyped but will probably leave it for a while as I only played the first game this year and it was still as good an experience as playing a new game early.

LotR: Gollum. Intrigued, but want to see some good story trailers and gameplay first to see exactly what kind of game it will be.

Hogwarts Legacy. Combat looked a bit wishy washy and boring. Might play it one day in a few years.

Forspoken: looks like a flop to me purely based on the world and combat looking boring. Enemies look tediously spongy, and I’ve yet to see any exciting monsters or design or anything gripping. But I was initially hyped for the premise of a next gen (current gen now) game with someone being booted in to some alternate world with powers and a talking wrist band or whatever haha. If the story is good I’ll get it at some point stick it on easy and melt my way through the rubbish combat. Or (hopefully) be surprised that it’s better than it looks in development!

Apart from that probably hyped for playing the PS5 version of games I love.

Witcher 3, Red Dead Redemption, Max Payne remake 😁

And even further down the line Wolverine and Star Wars Eclipse I’m properly hyped for, they make me giddy like a kid on Christmas more than any other games coming sooner tbh. Oh and I forgot about Jedi: Survivor 😁
