Here’s When CODMAS Ends in MW3 & Warzone

As the holidays take over Call of Duty, fans want to know when CODMAS ends in MW3 and Warzone.

2023 is ending with a bang in Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3. Not only did the recent patch deliver a nerf to the broken Lockwood 300 shotgun, but it also brought the holidays to multiplayer, Battle Royale, and Zombies. Unlike holidays events of years past, this update brings fun new modes without unnecessary, game-breaking additions, like Krampus.

So, how much longer will CODMAS last in-game?

CODMAS ends on Jan. 3, 2024, at 11 a.m. ET in MW3 and Warzone. Players only have the next two weeks to enjoy the holiday-themed additions to Call of Duty before they disappear in the new year.

Fortunately, the update provides plenty for players to do during the upcoming holiday break. Multiplayer fans can explore Shipmas and Hangover, the reskinned Shipment and Highrise, along with new LTMs, Infectious Holiday and Snowfight.

Those looking for a bigger challenge can check out Slay Ride Resurgence, a festive LTM in Warzone that tasks players with defeating Zombie Santa. Before they can find the boss, though, they must capture Christmas tree points and wait as the trees decorate.

The modes in both multiplayer and Battle Royale offer in-game loot and cosmetic rewards, like Calling Cards, Emblems, and Operators. As always, there are a few Weapon Blueprints up for grabs as well.

The next Call of Duty event, called The Vortex, begins on Jan. 3, 2024, in MW3 and Warzone. The Vortex launches after the conclusion of CODMAS and will run until Jan. 17, 2023.

Although the developers did not reveal too much about the upcoming event, we do know that Vortex-themed maps Tetanus, Satan’s Quarry, and Sporeyard will be available to play in multiplayer. Plus, there will be a total of 15 rewards throughout The Vortex.
