Homeworld 3 Full Documentary Now Live

Providing a behind-the-scenes look at Homeworld 3’s development, Gearbox Publishing and Blackbird Interactive have released the full version of their documentary around the title.

Made in partnership with PC Gamer on-location in Vancouver, this video provides a number of behind-the-scenes interviews with the Homeworld 3 development team at Blackbird Interactive.

The team has also released a FAQ around Homeworld 3’s Skirmish Mode. Topics include how matchmaking will be determined, win conditions, additional features that will be added after launch, team configurations, and difficulty level customization. Homeworld 3 is slated to release for the PC via Steam and Epic Games Store on March 8. In the case of Steam, the title can be pre-purchased now via the official Steam page for Homeworld 3.

Pre-orders are available in Standard, Deluxe, Fleet Command and Collector’s Edition bundles; note that those that pre-order the Fleet Command or Collector’s Edition can start playing the game early, on March 5, 2024.
