Alright so you will need a few things to start.

First you will need the Avenger which can be bought in the Warstock Cache part of the phone. It has some upgrades but the one you need is that computer. It’s called the mission terminal or something. In total you are looking at about 5 million if you need to get the Avenger and the Terminal upgrade.

From there you can call it via the Service menu in GTA online. Head inside and you will also need to be a VIP, Gang leader or something like that to start the missions at the Terminal. You will have two choices here. One side is working for Merryweather, which is a series of missions. The other side is doing freelance Mercenary missions with set pay. These are quicker, but not as in depth.
