His best bet is to wait a few years until the group stage has been cut entirely.

It’s also a false equivalence. Jokes about a random countries food culture vs (even mildly) racist jokes aren’t the same thing.

I wouldnt mind if he made the joke he suggested, but then I can understand if the poster is intent on making a joke or playing on something else.
Im not an american either so maybe im not inclined to read in racial bias or what you would say in everything.

I’m definitely no reynor fan boy. Serral has been the best player in the world for a very long time now. And maru is maru. And it’s gsl. The koreans just have tons of experience (and skill; let’s not forget that). But reynor on fire, reynor on point is the scariest thing in sc2 i’ve witnessed so far.

No doubt in my mind reynor gonna achieve that if he really commits to it and gsl is around long enough.

I think Reynor can carve his name in stone by being the first foreigner to win a GSL. I am sad that Serral doesn’t really care to win one. GSL is by far the hardest “regional” tournament.

Definitely, also I’ve been around long enough for people to know that I’m just having fun. It doesn’t hurt that I’m Italian either and have heard this same joke my whole life.
