The LCS playoffs have returned with some major surprises. Each of these teams will be duking it out to not only win an LCS Championship but also to get the chance to go to MSI. Here are the LCS Picks for Playoffs Round 2 of the 2023 Spring Split.

C9 vs. FLY

A finals preview? That is what fans of both teams are hoping. The winner will make automatically be in the Finals and make it to MSI. The loser will get one more chance. Both were pretty convincing in their first series. This game will come down to who can adapt best in the series. The picks and bans will evolve as time goes on and both teams will seemingly be vying for Blue side to get first pick.

When looking at champions EMENES seems willing to play whatever and will find what is best in the series. VicLa on the other side has also been finding comfort and doing seemingly whatever he wants. These will be the two to watch while everyone else is watching Prince and Berserker. Whoever can win the mid battle will take this one. With that in mind, VicLa seems to be playing with a lot of confidence, something he lacked at times during the season, look for him to continue. FlyQuest win a very fun and interesting series.

Prediction: FLY Win 3-2

GG vs. EG

Will Golden Guardians continue to defy expectations and make their first-ever Finals weekend? Or will EG stay in form and remind everyone why they are one of the best teams in the LCS? This matchup will hopefully be a very fun one. If Golden Guardians are at their best, there is no reason why they cannot stay in this series.

That being said, if EG and specifically jojo are at their best, then this could be a nice warmup for them. The focus on this game will be in the middle but the side lanes are where fans should be looking. Licorice played one of his best series ever while Stixxay made yet another historic play to add to his collection. These were two perceived weak links on the team. If new additions Ssumday and FBI cannot take control of their respective lanes, the Guardians could pull off the upset.

The issue is, even on their worst days, Ssumday and FBI can do enough to let the core of Inspired, jojo and Vulcan carry the series. Again this should be a fun one but EG are an extremely strong team that Golden Guardians just cannot match.

Prediction: EG Win 3-1
