Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered PC Requirements Revealed

Marvel’s Spider-Man is going to be the next first party PlayStation game to make its way over to PC, and it’s arguably the biggest one to make that jump so far. Ahead of its imminent launch, Sony has now revealed several new details for it, including its system requirements across a total of five different presets, in order to “ensure that people with all sorts of PCs are able to enjoy Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered to its fullest.”

The five different presets Minimum (low settings, 720p/30 FPS), Recommended (medium settings, 1080p/60 FPS), Very High (very high settings, 4K/60 FPS), Amazing Ray Tracing (high settings, either 4K/30 FPS or 1440p/60FPS, with high ray-tracing settings), and Ultimate Ray Tracing (high settings, 4K/60 FPS, with very high ray-tracing settings).

There’s plenty of flexibility across the five settings, and it does seem like PC port developer Nixxes Software has tried to keep the game accessible to as many people as possible. For instance, the lower setting requires 8 GB of RAM, while the highest goes up to 32 GB. Meanwhile, the lowest setting needs an HDD, but every other setting will need an SSD (with 75 GB of free storage across all settings).

Check out the full PC requirements in the image below.

Sony has also detailed several of the PC port’s technical features, including DLSS and DLAA support, as well as its pre-order bonuses.

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered launches for PC on August 12. Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will also release for PC this Fall.
