Myth of Empires V1.0 Coming February 21

Developer Angela Game and publisher Imperium Interactive Entertainment announced that Myth of Empires Version 1.0 will launch on Steam February 21.

A multiplayer sandbox title, Myth of Empires prides itself on featuring a high degree of freedom. As players fight to survive and earn their place in this war, they’ll be able to build fortresses, lead armies in massive battles, siege enemy cities, and create an empire.

In order to get the edge in battle, players will be able to craft for themselves dozens of different kinds of weapons and armor. These run the gamut from swords, spears, halberds, axes, throwing weapons, crossbows, bows, and shields.

Ahead of its full release, the team at Angela Game will hold a limited-time playtest on Steam from January 23-30. This playtest will feature access to the Dongzhou map and gameplay features on top of the original map. 18 servers in will be open for the playtest across North America, Europe and Asia.
