With the launch of Season 2: Build Your Empire in NBA 2K22 on both Current Gen and Next Gen, a plethora of Shooting Badges were adjusted under the hood.

As mentioned in the official patch notes, 2K adjusted the “logic” for several shooting badges —including Chef, Limitless Spot-Up, Rhythm Shooter, and Stop & Pop — so that each one triggers under the “intended conditions” and at the “proper shooting ranges.”

Thanks to NBA2KLab, however, who have taken it upon themselves to do meticulous testing of the changes, it seems players are able to know just what adjustments 2K made to these meta MyCareer Shooting Badges, and how they can make sure they are triggering them properly in-game moving forward.

Here is how to properly and consistently trigger the Chef, Limitless Spot-Up, Rhythm Shooter and Stop & Pop Shooting Badges in NBA 2K22 Season 2.
