'Orphan: First Kill' trailer is every parent's worst nightmare rolled into 1 very creepy kid

William Brent Bell’s prequel sees Isabelle Fuhrmann reprise her role as Esther, this time impersonating a missing child in order to work her way into a wealthy American family before wreaking predictably unpleasant havoc.

Julia Stiles plays Tricia Albright, the troubled mother who slowly comes to realise her daughter may not be who she says she is.
