Philips Announces New Gaming Peripherals With Evnia Brand

Philips has announced that it is entering the gaming space with a new brand, Evnia. Annouced during an event in the Stade de France, Philips has revealed an initial lineup of Evnia products, which includes gaming monitors, keyboards, and mice.

The initial lineup of the Evnia brand has been divided into three tiers: 5000, 7000, and 8000 series. Several monitors have been unveiled, such as the 42M2N8900, the 34M2C8600, and the 34M2C7600MV.

The 42M2N8900 monitor, representing the top end of the lineup, has a 42-inch flat OLED display with a refresh rate of 138Hz, HDMI 2.1, and boasting a response time of 0.1ms. The 34M2C8600 is a 32-inch curved OLED monitor, and the 34M2C7600MV is an ultrawide monitor with a resolution of 3440×1440, a refresh rate of 165Hz, and support for DisplayHDR 1400.

Two gaming keyboards featuring Cherry MX mechanical switches, two gaming mice, and two gaming headsets have also been announced. All of the peripherals can be synced up using Philips Ambiglow for matching RGB setups.

The 34M2C7600MV monitor is set to hit stores in December, with the other monitors set for release in January.
