Rebuild a Defunct Gaming Company with Anime Waifus in New PS5, PS4 Neptunia

The long-running Neptunia series will receive another entry in 2024 on PS5 and PS4, this time dealing with a defunct gaming company which your anime waifus will be responsible for resurrecting. The grammatically awkward Neptunia Game Maker R:Evolution will release in 2024 on Sony’s systems, and will see you transforming a failed video game organisation into a megacorp by managing four-person parties and riding motorcycles. It doesn’t have to make sense!

“Boost your party stats with the help of creating games in real-time and choose developers to work on your next hit game,” the press release explains. “Add other game elements found in dungeons and monsters to elevate your video game development and for further passive boosts to your party.” So, in other words, the game making aspect contributes directly to your dungeon crawling stats – a neat twist, we suppose!

A photo mode will also allow you to display your personality as you progress. “Heartful Photo Mode will let you express yourself via fun, manga-like creations,” the blurb adds.
