Shin Megami Tensei V has received its latest demon trailer, with fans now being able to get a look at Nebiros. This creature appeared in Megami Tensei II, and later Shin Megami Tensei, Shin Megami Tensei IV, Persona 3, 4, and 5, and many other titles.

The Grand Grimoire regards Nebiros as the field marshal and inspector general of the armies of Hell along with being one of the six great officers. He can be conjured to inflict woes upon anyone, discover the Hand of Glory, teach the mystic and occult qualities of all animals, plants and minerals and supply necromantic advice. One of the three Goetic nobles under his direct authority (the other two being Glasya-Labolas and Ayperos) is Naberius, the 24th demonic spirit of the Ars Goetia, suggesting that the Grand Grimoire’author understood the two spellings to signify distinct demons. Naberius is sometimes associated with the three headed Greek monster Cerberus.
