Releasing towards the start of 2023, to decent levels of critical acclaim, SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake offers up an epic adventure with our lovable Sponge and his bestie Patrick. And now, with the release of dedicated Xbox Series X|S and PS5 versions, there’s even more reason to jump back in, or experience this journey for the first time!

Time Travelling Chaos!

The Cosmic Shake sees Sponge and Patrick go on a wild adventure across time and space, as portals start snatching people from Bikini Bottom and dumping them in all manner of crazy situations. With the powerful Mermaid’s Tears in hand, you must travel back and forth through time to save your friends from the many WishWorlds.

And what follows is a mad-cap action-platformer that sees you action a variety of moves against foes, as well as explore a huge Bikini Bottom world.

New Features

With the introduction of Xbox Series X|S and PS5 versions, players will be treated to a suite of new features to expand their enjoyment. Not only has a Photo Mode been introduced, with 19 filters, but you will also be able to unlock new costumes. By collecting all doubloons, the King Doubloon costume will be yours. Also, unlocking all awards in the game will grant you the Plush Gary costume.
