Stray: Here’s Every Vending Machine Location

This guide will go through each vending machine location in the Slums area of Stray. In the first major area of the game, The Slums, you’ll need to gather four energy drink cans to progress with two different objectives. One energy drink can is needed to obtain a piece of sheet music for Morusque, the other three are needed to unlock a memory for B-12.

The vending machines are dotted around the Slums area, and a couple of them are actually pretty tricky to find. So without further delay, here are all four vending machine locations.

1. In front of Morusque

The first vending machine is quite simple to find. From the garage where you first met the Guardian go immediately left. You should immediately see two vending machines side by side across the path from the would-be guitarist Morusque. You can interact with one of these to get an energy drink can.

2. Beside the “RIP Humans” graffiti

Walk directly down the path from the laundromat into the shadowed area. At the top of the stairs at the end of the alley, you will see “RIP Humans” graffitied on the wall (one of B-12’s memories). On the immediate left of the street art, you will find the vending machine you are looking for.

3. The rooftops near Doc’s apartment

Climb to the top of the rooftops and move towards Doc’s apartment. If you’ve talked to Momo already, Doc’s apartment is the one with books littered everywhere. It is located left of Momo’s apartment (the one with the large neon sign attached to it). Right outside the balcony to Doc’s apartment is another rooftop with a couch and television arranged on it. On this building, you’ll be able to drop to a slightly lower ledge on the roof where you’ll find your red vending machine.

4. On a hidden balcony

Coincidentally, the next vending machine is tucked away just beneath the one above. From the third vending machine location, simply drop onto the plank of wood on the roof immediately below you. From there, you’ll be able to leap onto a balcony below where you’ll see the final vending machine tucked neatly away.
