Team FURIA Reveals New Image And Also Agrees Betnacional Partnership

If the notion that an esports team can only play as well as it looks has any weight, then the good news for Team FURIA is that their fresh and stylish new look bodes well for their esports future.

And not only that, the company has also agreed the finishing touches on a brand new deal with one of Brazil’s foremost sports and esports betting sites.

It’s certainly been a busy week for the most popular esports team in Brazil, so let’s explore what exactly has happened, starting with the brand new look for the team.

Team FURIA Rebrand

What is exciting about this Team FURIA rebrand is that it is not simply a touch up of an existing team design, it is a completely new design which is incorporated under the signature phrase “Spray It”.

The design’s root inspiration comes from the urban graffiti culture that the team has identified it has a kinship with and which Team FURIA believes should be part of their online identity.

Newly designed jerseys featuring the new look artwork, together with the logos of a number of sponsors, have already been unveiled and the new look has also been adopted quickly across all of Team FURIA’s social media outlets.

Furthermore, the new look is already gaining plenty of admiring glances as the esports organisation is currently taking part in a popular Brazilian video game convention, where they have a booth in conjunction with Hyper X.

Their CS:GO team is currently modelling the new jerseys as they compete in the key qualifiers for the IEM Major Rio 2022 tournament which is on the horizon.

This is a huge tournament which will certainly attract plenty of viewers, as well as those keen on a spot of CSGO betting on who will win the big event.

“Part Of Our DNA”

Speaking about the changes to their brands look and style, Bryner Caldas, the Creative Head at FURIA revealed:

“The colours are the symbol of the renewal of the FURIA brand. They were already part of our DNA when we talk about inclusion and diversity and social issues.”

“Now they are also part of our competition uniform. FURIA is the same in passion and competition, only now it enters to win with much more energy.”

The rebrand also slots nicely alongside some of Team FURIA’s recent ventures, such as launching their own esports venue in Miami, inside the Wynwood neighbourhood, a part of the city which has become renowned the world over for its incredible street art.

The Deal With Betnacional

Announced at the same time as the team’s new look, the company also announced that it had agreed terms with a new betting sponsor, Brazilian-based betting site Betnacional.

This deal will replace the deal with Betway that Team FURIA had signed just over a year ago, but which has now expired.

The Betnacional logo will now replace the Betway logo on the Team FURIA team uniforms across all their esports teams as per the terms of the newly agreed deal.

Betnacional’s logo will also be used extensively across Team FURIA’s social media sites.

Based in Curacao, Betnacional offers an extensive range of sports and esports betting on its site.

The betting service joins the likes of PokerStars, AOC, Twitch, Re Bull, Hyper X and FTX as being some of the key commercial sponsors and endorses of the Team FURIA organisation.
