The next Star Wars Jedi game has been confirmed to be Survivor, a sequel continuing the story of Cal Kestis. Respawn, EA, and Lucasfilm Games announced the game during Star Wars Celebration, offering some scant details. And you thought this was going to be a quiet Friday.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor continues Cal’s journey through the galaxy, far, far away. According to a press release, it will “expand upon the iconic Star Wars stories, worlds, characters, and thrilling combat first experienced in the series’ debut title.” The game takes place five years after the previous. Cal, one of the final Jedi alive, fights to stay breathing while the threat of the Empire looms ever behind him. He’s still together with BD-1, and we expected no less.
