It’s Episode 105 of TheXboxHub Official Podcast and this week the team run the rule over the Golden Joystick Awards 2021, chatting about the winners, the losers and the history of the awards as a whole. As always, games were firmly on the agenda too, with Elden Ring, Halo, Battlefield 2042, Exo One and Tandem: A Tale of Shadows all worked in.
They are all games that we’ve spent time with over the course of the last week or so – Halo: Infinite through the new free (via Game Pass) multiplayer, Elden Ring in that closed beta, and Battlefield 2042 via the power of EA and their Trial, before full release.
Two others that may have gone under your radar though are that of Exo One and Tandem: A Tale of Shadows – we’ve reviewed the latter and are well under way with the same thoughts on the former.
TheXboxHub’s iconic quiz was back too, as was chat about the new, improved, Gamesmaster. It’s improved, isn’t it?
