The two South American teams will be duking it out in the Elimination Match.
Continuing with Day 2, Group B had their elimination match where Kru Esports met with Team Liquid, and Sentinels fought FURIA. This group is where many fans are looking forward to as the best team in VALORANT, Sentinels, started their Champions journey. So far, their journey has started with a good bang, and they gave some great plays for the fans watching.
Team Liquid burst through the gate strong in their opening match against KRU Esports. They dominated in both halves of Haven where they easily won the map 13-5. The same energy was played in the second map Ascent, where they again dominated the two halves to gain the pint for the overall win.
Team Liquid won 2-0.
As a previous winner, Sentinels have some big expectations to fill as they head into their match with FURIA Esports. Overall, the two teams played evenly well and just a point and chance here and there separated the two. On the first map, Ascent, Sentinels won over FURIA after 22 rounds. Meanwhile, the second map, Breeze, went to FURIA despite Sentinels trying to catch up in the second half.
The final map, Haven, sees Sentinels discovering a second wind and winning the map with a big lead from the first half.
Sentinels won 2-1 against FURIA Esports.
The winners match between Team Liquid and Sentinels will be happening on December 4 while the elimination match between FURIA and KRU Esports will happen on December 6.
