When are Rebirth Island and Verdansk Coming Back to Warzone in 2024?

In 2024, the two best Warzone maps, Verdansk and Rebirth Island, are coming back to Call of Duty: Warzone.

Although Urzikstan and Vondel are huge improvements from Al Mazrah and Ashika Island, the two maps simply do not compare to Verdansk and Rebirth Island. With the return of advanced movement and a balanced meta, Warzone in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 era is the perfect time to reintroduce the beloved playgrounds. Rebirth Island and Verdansk are both coming back to Warzone in the later half of 2024. Although fans would love for both maps to drop in MW3 Warzone Season 2, it seems like the developers are holding them back for a huge reveal.

According to reliable Call of Duty leaker, TheGhostofHope, Rebirth Island will launch in Warzone Season 4, set to release sometime in June or July 2024. They also revealed that fans might possibly have to wait almost a full year for the return of Verdansk, rumored to drop in COD 2024 Season 1.

Of course, these dates are just speculation until Activision confirms the release dates of the iconic maps. Stay tuned for more updates as 2024 unfolds.

Yes, Fortune’s Keep is also coming back to Warzone in 2024. Activision confirmed the return of both Rebirth Island and Fortune’s Keep at Call of Duty: NEXT back in October.
