The final Wax Seed can be found in the top-left room of the Aqueduct of the Costales, one of the first areas you’ll likely have visited during your time with Blasphemous 2. Enter the room from the right, and allow yourself to fall through the rickety bridge. Underneath, you’ll be able to use the Scions’ Protection ability to reach a climb point, which you can then use to access a platform just under the door on the right.
