Resin is very useful as it’s used in a variety of recipes you’ll need to craft on a regular basis. This guide on Where To Find Resin Fast In The Front will tell you the quickest and easiest farming method to get Resin as just simply cutting down trees and bushes is not a reliable source. This can take hours to get enough Resin for even one recipe.

There is another, much faster, method, but you will require a few unlocks in the tech trees. Firstly, head to the Basic tech tree and ensure you have Rope, Crafting Table, Pyrolzer and Resin unlocked. You don’t NEED any of them prior to the Resin for this particular recipe but without those unlocks, you cannot unlock the Resin recipe itself.

Then head to the Supplies tech tree and unlock the Grinding Table. Craft one and place it in your base. Once you have the Grinding Table placed, you can start using the Resin recipe on the table. Simply interact with the table and put a ton of Wood in the Inventory of the table. You will then see the Resin recipe open on the left hand side of the screen.

Use the recipe to create as much Resin as you need.
