Resolution Games closes $25M Series C funding round to dedicate more to existing titles and deliver additional live VR games

In Virtual Reality News July 14, 2021 – Resolution Games, a Virtual Reality (VR) games studio known for titles including Demeo, Blaston, Cook-Out: A Sandwich Tale and others, has today announced it has closed a Series C funding round of USD $25 million, bringing the company’s total funding to USD $38.5 million. The round was co-led by Qualcomm Ventures LLC and BITKRAFT Ventures, followed by Knutsson Holdings AB. Warner Bros. reportedly looking into selling NetherRealm Studios, TT Games, and other studios

The Warner Bros. gaming division may reportedly still sell off some portions of its gaming division despite the recent Warner Bros. Discover merger, according to Jez Corden, a Senior Editor for Windows Central who focuses mostly on gaming-related content. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Now Supports DualSense Features on PC

Over a month ago, Metro Exodus: Enhanced Edition became the first game to fully support the DualSense on PC, with features such as its adaptive triggers and haptic feedback having been implemented in the game. That paved the way for others to follow, it seems, and now, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla has followed in its footsteps.
