Animal Well release date set for May, new trailer

Today, publisher Bigmode and developer Shared Memory announced the release date for Animal Well. Switch is getting the game on May 9, 2024.

Animal Well was revealed for Switch last April. At the time, it was given an early 2024 launch window.

Developer Billy Basso said: “I started development on Animal Well seven years ago and spent the majority of my evenings and weekends since that time working on it. I quit my day job about two years ago to finish the game and couldn’t be prouder of how the game turned out. This has been my passion for a long time, and I’m so excited to finally share it with the world.”

The game will be sold digitally on the Switch eShop. Pricing is set at $24.99 / £20.99 / €24.50.
