Famitsu has provided gameplay of the latest Arcade Archives titles on Switch, Mappy and Sky Kid. The former came out last week while the latter just arrived a few days ago. Both were shown during Famitsu’s live stream recording.
Below are overviews of both titles:
Mappy
Mappy is an action game released by Namco in 1983. Players control Mappy, an enthusiastic, committed police officer on a mission to reclaim stolen goods from a mansion. Avoid getting caught by Nyamco and Mewkies while you take back the goods!
Sky Kid
Sky Kid is a shooter released by Namco in 1985. Players control Baron and Max to fight enemies with bombs and machine guns, fly in loops to dodge enemy attacks, and make their way to the base. Use bombs to defeat massive fortresses and battleships from above! Supports two-player simultaneous co-op.
