Bali Major Betting Predictions

Bali Major Format

Rundown:

• Two groups of nine, single round robin with BO2 matches, only the top 6 advance
• Final twelve teams compete in a double elimination bracket Playoffs with a BO5 Grand Final

Group Stage – June 29th-July 3rd

Kicking things off like previous Majors, the entire competition will be split into two groups of nine.

Within each group, all teams will face one another once in what’s called a single round-robin. After each BO2 matche, teams will qualify for the Playoffs as follows:

• 1-4th – advance to Upper Bracket of the Playoffs
• 5-6th – advance to Lower Bracket of the Playoffs
• 7-9th – eliminated

As of right now, the Groups are yet to be determined – we’ll be sure to update this betting preview accordingly.

Playoffs – June 5-9th

Once in the Playoffs, teams will have the opportunity to climb to the top of international Dota.

In order to do so, teams will compete through a double elimination bracket. For those unaware, this involves two brackets – a loss in the Upper Bracket results in demotion to the Lower Bracket, while an additional loss in the Lower Bracket means elimination.

Every match looks to be a BO3 except for the epic Grand Final which wraps things up with a BO5 – the most anticipated esports betting opportunity.
