After a short teaser reveal at the Game Awards in 2017, news on Bayonetta 3 went completely radio silent. Fans like you began to wonder if they would ever see the title, when suddenly during a Nintendo Direct in 2021, PlatinumGames finally gave players a glimpse of actual footage from the wicked witch’s next action masterpiece.
The brief trailer gives us an idea of some possible settings for Bayonetta 3, and could even hint towards a timeframe as well… Of course, this is Bayonetta, so the wacky and the weird are very much expected. So, when is the Bayonetta 3 release date?
We’ll surely learn much more about Bayonetta 3 as the year progresses, but right now we only really have one trailer to go on. It’s too early to assume any new or returning features, but hopefully, the development team have some thrilling additions that will make this the best in this wild action fantasy trilogy.
