How to get Wool in Palworld

Getting Wool is essential in Palworld due to it being one of the core resources for building Straw Pal Beds. These beds will help you manage your Pal’s comfort as well as keep their sanity levels under control. You might have come across Wood and Fiber, after all, they come together in a bunch whenever you are chopping some trees down, but Wool? Nope, that item seems nowhere to be found.

There is some Wool in the world, and you can find quite a bit in the form of Pals.

Find, defeat, and capture Pals

There are three Pals that will carry Wool as fur, they are:

  • Lamball
  • Cremis
  • Melpaca

Lamball is the most common of them all. You’ll see a couple whenever you start a new world. All you have to do is either defeat them by depleting their HP or capture them. You will then earn some wool and even some meat. Continue hunting down this Pals and your bed necessities will be covered.

Build a Ranch and gather Wool

While hunting irresponsibly sure sounds like an option, sustainability is the name of the game. Well, it is Palworld but you get the saying. If you want a stable influx of Wool, then you need to build a Ranch. It will set you back 50 wood, 20 stone, and 30 fiber, but it is worth it since all those resources are pretty common all around the world. Once you have set up your ranch, then you need to allocate a Lamball, Cremis, or a Melpaca to your base. They will automatically position themselves in the ranch and will begin to produce wool.
