The Garnets enter Thursday’s contest unbeaten in their last five top flight away matches, their best-ever run in the competition, but they have never won a Serie A match on the road against Bologna, having lost one and drawn one in the two away meetings.

Bologna defender Mitchell Dijks is the club’s only injury concern ahead of the contest, while Riccardo Orsolini is able to return from suspension and should start alongside Aurnautovic.
