cowana revamp roster with international signings ahead of ESL Conference

cowana has announced the acquisition of three new players from different European countries in HS, Ádám “kolor” Domoszlay and Armandas “maty” Kneita, who will join in-game leader Kevin “kRYSTAL” Amend and veteran Stefan “stfN” Seier.

cowana, who signed a German team in 2021, are now taking leap with the signing of an international squad. This move will provide HS, who has struggled reach previous heights in his career in the past years with Nordavind and GORILLAZ, another chance to show his capabilities as he reunites with former PENTA teammate kRYSTAL.

The renewed cowana will debut on LAN at ESL Conference

Former Budapest Five player kolor will be returning to the organization he spent a short two months with back in 2021, albeit with a different team at the time, while maty joins from the now-disbanded Berzerk.

The revamped cowana will face their first big test in Jönköping, Sweden, where they will play ESL Conference 16 for a shot at reaching the upcoming ESL Pro League season. They will kick off their run on June 16 at 12:30 against MIBR in the first round of play.

The team’s international players will then move to Germany so that the Franconian organization can remain eligible to compete in one of the most important events in their calendar, ESL Meisterschaft.

“I have had the pleasure of playing in many international teams before, with HS as well,” kRYSTAL said about the move. “I am happy we found those 3 individuals with the right mindset.”
