SteelSeries has unveiled the highly anticipated CS2 Legend vs Champions $10,000 USD showmatch teams

FaZe Clan are set to go up against LEGENDS, a team of CSGO legends, in an exciting event that guarantees thrilling action.

In preparation for the exhilarating showdown, SteelSeries revealed the star-studded lineups for the showmatch. The LEGENDS team comprises of Polish veterans Filip “NEO” Kubski and Jarosław “pashaBiceps” Jarząbkowski, Ladislav “GuardiaN” Kovács from FaZe Clan, current Falcons player Nathan “NBK-” Schmitt, and the renowned Jimmy “allen” Allen, previously associated with SK during Counter-Strike 1.6.

Kicking off the event, the teams will engage in a best-of-one warmup, limited to the use of the Desert Eagle, knives, and grenades. Furthermore, the player securing the first knife kill in the opening match will be rewarded with $500.

The climax of the showmatch will feature a gripping best-of-five final, taking place on the CS2 maps. Due to the restricted map pool featuring Dust2, Mirage, and Nuke, the teams will compete on these maps repeatedly until a decisive winner emerges.

To accompany the viewers through it all will be casters Jacob “Pimp” Winneche and Vince “Vince” Hill, while SteelSeries promises exclusive interviews with special guests during intermissions as well. 

FaZe Clan and the LEGENDS team are set to deliver an unforgettable display of skillful Counter Strike this Saturday on SteelSeries’ Twitch channel. Fans eagerly wait to see these titans clash for bragging rights and a sizeable $10,000 USD prize.
