NEOFRAG leaves Into The Breach only three weeks after joining them. He came in as a new player in July alongside Aurimas “Bymas” Pipiras, taking the spots vacated by Cai “CYPHER” Watson, possibly heading to TSM, and Sebastian “volt” Maloș, who chose GamerLegion in the off-season.

Changes are afoot in Into the Breach’s coaching department as well, with Gustavo “Juve” Alexandre’s announcement of stepping down from his position coming just one day ago.

Into the Breach clarified in their statement that their decision to part ways with NEOFRAG was influenced by “comments and attitudes that conflicted with our dedication to inclusivity and equality.”

Why Did NEOFRAG Leave Into The Breach?

“The expectations of our organization are clear — and we hold everyone to the same standard. There have been unequivocal breaches of our morals and company standards we cannot overlook,” their official statement read further.

The Czech CSGO star has played only five games in an ITB shirt, with the IEM Cologne Play-in being the most high-profile tournament he featured in for the Paris Major Quarterfinalists. He saw his new team ending their IEM Cologne Group Stages qualification campaign on a disappointing note as they finished in joint-last place, having suffered decisive defeats against Ninjas in Pyjamas and TheMongolz.

Apart from that, Into the Breach encountered setbacks as they missed the chance to qualify for Gamers8, were unable to secure a position in ESL Pro League Season 18, and suffered an early exit in the CCT Online Finals 2 after a 0-2 defeat against Zero Tenacity, a team ranked significantly lower on the world ranking.

Into The Breach Present Lineup

  • Thomas “Thomas” Utting
  • Joey “CRUC1AL” Steusel
  • Karol “rallen” Rodowicz
