Release Time
The Rulebreakers promo started in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team on Friday, 14 October, when Team 1 cards came in packs.
Team 2 will replace these cards on Friday, 21 October, at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
A Mini-Release will likely follow on Sunday, 23 October, with a few more Rulebreakers cards added to packs.
Rulebreakers Team 2 will stay in packs until Friday, 28 October, when the next promo will be released- leaked to be called Out of Position.

The Rulebreakers event is a returning promo in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, so we already knew what to expect from it in terms of card mechanics.
Team 1 showcased that, with cards getting the regular boosts, while also having their stats adjusted to change their signature style.

There is some give and take involved in the boost, such as Cristiano Ronaldo’s pinpoint shooting being reduced from his base version, leading to his dribbling getting a bigger upgrade than usual!
As always, the promo has new cards released in packs, as well as via Objectives and SBCs, with other themed content such as a new Live FUT Friendly introduced.
