Fortaleza vs Palmeiras Match Analysis and Prediction

Palmeiras will be looking to extend their Brasileiro Serie A lead when they ride out to the Castelao to take on the rock-bottom Fortaleza in their Matchday 16 tie on Sunday night.

Therefore Fortaleza will be desperate to bounce back to winning ways as hope to climb off the bottom of the table and boost their chances of survival, while Palmeiras will be looking to build on their midweek victory as desperately hope to extend their league lead.

Palmeiras are the favorites, although they have fallen to Fortaleza in their last two meetings and will need to be at their best on Sunday to claim the maximum points in the clash.
