HOW TO WATCH
Genshin Impact’s version 2.2 update is coming to a close and we’re looking at a Special Program Announcement for Genshin Impact version 2.3 later today.
It should start at the following times and you can watch it on Twitch in English and Simplified Chinese – If you miss it, you can catch it on YouTube after the stream finishes.

What to Expect
Genshin Impact 2.3 is going to be a Geo-heavy update, with at least three different Geo characters featuring on banners, two of which are new.

New Characters
click to enlargeGenshin Impact fans should expect info on Itto, a new 5-Star Geo Claymore user, as well as the arrival of Gorou, a 4-Star Geo Bow user.

Genshin Impact 2.3 is also expected to feature an Albedo re-run.
So far there is no information on what other 4-Star characters will run on the two Character Event Banners.
New Event
A new Albedo event taking place in Dragonspine is expected to drop with Genshin Impact 2.3. Shadows Amidst Snowstorms will feature multiple parts offering players Primogems, a new 4-Star Sword for Albedo, and other rewards.
New Hangouts
Fans eager to get to know Beidou and Gorou a little better will be happy, as it is expected new hangouts for both characters will be announced during the Genshin Impact 2.3 Livestream. Each is expected to have 6 different endings.

Players can expect at least two new weapons to arrive in Genshin Impact 2.3, and possibly more as there has not been any info on the signature weapons for both Itto and Gorou.
